How Long Will It Take For The Delivery?
When an order is placed, an estimated shipping time and delivery dates may appear on the shipping quotes page based on the availability of your items and the courier you choose.
Handling Time: 3 - 5 business days
For 3D Products shipments are in transit for: 10 to 15 business days.
However, in cases of delay due to unexpected impacts ( pandemic, lost items, etc.), we will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 7 business days.
Can The Order Be Delivered To Multiple Addresses?
We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Do You Offer Delivery To P.O Boxes Or Military Apo/Fpo Addresses?
A delivery to P.O Boxes and Military APO/FPO address is unavailable.

Will I Be Charged Vat Taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charge.

A. Return policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us by sending emails to [email protected], we will reply to you within 24 hours in accordance with the following Return Policy:
+ You receive an incorrect item
+ Your order contains damaged product(s)
+ Your order has a printing mistake
+ Part of your order is missing from the package.
B. Return process
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
C. Damaged and wrong products or issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail at [email protected]. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size ordered or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at [email protected]
E. Restoking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
G. Return shipping cost
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged, or not correct products, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping cost for this reason.
H. Not accept a refund
Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
